Mindfullywell counsellors can now give you help and support via telephone and online counselling.
The first thing to do is contact one of our counsellors by phone or email to make an appointment.
If telephone is your preferred option for your counselling session, you connect with your therapist by telephone at the appointed time. Ideally be in a place where you are comfortable and not likely to be interrupted for an hour or so. This will be planned in advance with you.
If your preferred option is for an online session, your therapist will connect with you at the appointed time via a video link. This will be facilitated by Skype or Zoom. This will be planned in advance with you. It is a simple process and doesn’t require any technical expertise. This is a good option as you can see and hear your therapist. Ideally be in a place where you are comfortable and not likely to be interrupted for an hour or so.
It is possible to get effective help this way and Mindfullywell counsellors are happy to help. We aim to help you in as few sessions as possible and longer term support is also available.
