Free Talk on the Cycle of Depression
Ann Marie Taylor will be giving a free talk on Tuesday 4th February at 8pm entitled Understanding & Breaking the Cycle of Depression. The venue will be Luisne Spirituality Centre, Holy Faith Convent, Kilcoole, County Wicklow (www.luisne.ie)
.The talk will cover:
- the thinking style that predicts depression,
- the role of unmet emotional needs,
- the role of sleep,
- the cycle of depression
- what can help & what can make things worse.
